Located in Ancaster Village in a 200 year old stone building, this traditional English pub can hardly be duplicated. Despite having great food, great beer and great people, the client's old website definitely didn't reflect that. It was important that the site felt welcoming for regulars and newcomers alike as well as ensuring that important information such as menus, events, and deals were easy to access. I adopted a more modern look for the site that was inspired by pub menus and branding I saw when I travelled to London over the summer and incorporated that by updating the fonts and graphics to create a warmer atmosphere. The end result is an updated website that I feel truly reflects the core aspects of the Coach & Lantern.
